"The Serenity of the Seas is a phenomenal house with an absolutely georgeous view of the Pacific. Although not on a beach, you have such a wide panoramic view that you don't miss it. The location is ideal and the house is best suited for large groups. We had 11 on our trip and with six bedrooms we had ample space. The outdoor pool and grill are a big plus as well as a large outdoor dining table. As for relaxation there are plenty of pool lounges and even an outside Bali bed to relax in the shade and enjoy.
One of the best services for us was that provided by the Caretakers (Nion and Patty). We didn't expect them to even be there, but they were instrumental in making our trip enjoyable. We had a couple of minor problems with pests and Nion was quick to take care of and get a service out. Patty is also a top notch concierge, so we were able to book all of our excursions through her without having to leave the property. She does a phenomenal job!
We'd highly recommend this property for families or large groups traveling. You won't be dissapointed with the location and service.

This house was absolutely perfect for the ideal fairy tale Hawaiian wedding. We had guests from Iowa, Alaska, New York, and Virginia.
The Palm trees down in the lawn area leaned together to form the perfect heart backdrop for the ceremony. The second house down below was a great place for the younger set to have fun in the pool and keep this place as a quiet refuge for the adults. Thanks for the pool table, it was well used. We have thoroughly enjoyed our ten day stay in this fabulous house. Simply an awesome view and location. We were even able to enjoy the fireworks from the observation deck on our last night. "We had an amazing time! The house was wonderful, the picture truly do not do it justice. We all so wish that we could have stayed longer. Patty and Nion were so great. One of everyones favorite things we did was our yoga lesson on the deck with Patty. Those of us who have taken yoga before all agreed it was our best yoga lesson ever! All of Patty's activity suggestions were spot on and she did a great job setting them up for us.
Honestly, I don't think there was anything I would change.

1) The views are incredible and the sunsets amazing
2) The pool,spa area and BBQ are first class
3) The bedrooms in the main home are top drawer and worthy of a premier property in Lahaina .
4) The outdoor showers and courtyards are also very unique and not found in many high end properties.
5) The relaxation areas within the property are exquisite.
6) The absolute outdoor living experience is also something you cannot experience in most cases.
7) The proximity to Lahaina and the northern portion of the island is superb.
8) The lawn and garden areas are worthy of notation.

"Our trip to Sunrise was incredible! Everyone in our large group was absolutely thrilled by the accommodations, particularly the beautiful swimming pool, the awesome view of the ocean and neighboring islands, and the large comfortable common area for lounging. It was also nice to be in a fairly secluded area, as our party was quite rambunctious at times. All in all, Sunrise was PERFECT for us, and we would not change a thing.
Thanks to you and Charles for your assistance and of course Patty and Nion for their warm aloha hospitality. I will be sure to post some great feedback on tripadvisor.com or one of the websites. I am so sorry to be so slow in getting back to you but we came home to find Christmas is upon us.
We had a delightful stay at Serenity of the Seas at Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed plus being so beautiful. Even with all the space in the ouse, we spent most of our time on the wonderful deck. The fenced lawn below the house was wonderful for our four little ones to run free. What a wonderful beach is directly below the development where some surfed and some waded in the shallow cove. We enjoyed our stay very much indeed.

She was so pleasant and easy to deal with. She was there when we needed her with lots of information. I wish we could come back every year! Really the only thing different we would have like to have seen was the outside ice machine working and the inside ice machine working more effeciently. We bought ice so it worked out for us. And the hammock was not functional. These were minor things. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves!!

Last month I rented the Serenity by the Sea house you own in Maui. My wife and I celebrated 50 years of marriage and had family and friends there to celebrate the golden occasion. At one point, we had twelve people living in the house and it never felt crowded. I can understand why you call it Serenity by the Sea. The cleanliness of the house along with the amenities made the house comfortable and inviting and the openness of natural light shinning throughout the house gave it a peacefulness. When we arrived Patty and Liam were there to greet us. They were instrumental in booking reservations, knowledgeable in advising us what the current activities were for the ten days of our stay and did it with pleasure. I had planned this vacation for the past year and a half and it exceeded everyones expectations. Without hesitation I would recommend for anyone traveling to Maui and needing a spacious and comfortable house to rent Serenity by the Sea. Many thanks to Patty and Liam for making our 50th wedding anniversary a priceless memory.

overall the kitchen and bathrooms were very well equipped, the house and lanai were very very comfortable and beautiful
patty was great at assisting with any issues we encountered and helping with tickets and arranging a private chef for a special dinner
i would certainly recommend the property to anyone i know

"Wow! We got married in the grounds and it was the best time ever!
We had 13 guests in the house and it never felt crowded. The weather was beautiful and everyone was happy all of the time. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. Atmosphere rocked!
We had a beautiful wedding and everyone agreed we will return to Maui - and the lovely home - very soon!
Patty was amazing, she's a blessing!

Maholo! - We've had a wonderful 10 days at Serenity of the Seas. 16 of our family arrived June 16th to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Tom and July's June 17th wedding a a renewal of vows on the beautiful back lawn and a delicious banquet served by Sandy Jean. Our 3 children and our 8 grandchildren (plus 3 spouses) enjoyed all the arrangements Patty helped us with.

Patty was amazing! She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was available for any hick-ups .. that we soon solved out.
The wedding for Kavita & Kurt was tremendous and couldn't have been held in a better place. We even had the sun and the moon during the ceremony. How can you beat that! Photos were all we could have wished for and we couldn't be more proud as parents of the extactic, newly wed couple.

Dad's 60th Birthday Party
We were so welcome in surprising Randy (Papa) at at the airport in Vancouver. His 3 kids, spouses and grandchildren and wife were waiting at the airport. as he pulled up!!!
Surprise we were all to Maui. And WOW when we arrived at this amazing house & property we knew we have made the right choice. Then we met "NION" he was so nice and helpful! We were sorry to not have me met Patty but we will definitely be back to meet her. We had Sandy & Alex cook for us 2 times, we did the luau, snorkel at Melokini, hung out at the great pool, bocce ball with 13 ofo us together as family. It honestly could have not been better.
